Sera awardOn January 21, 2015, the Swaziland Energy Regulatory Authority (SERA) presented USAID’s Southern Africa Trade Hub with an award for technical assistance provided by the Trade Hub to SERA, which has included a review of the Electricity Cost of Supply Study, development of Swaziland’s electricity Grid Code, and related capacity building.
 
The CEO of SERA, Vusumuzi Mkhumane, presented the award to the Trade Hub’s Clean Energy Director Alexander Filippov in the presence of other senior staff at a dinner organized by SERA in Mbabane.
