The training was designed to equip PMU members with the project management knowledge and skills they will require to effectively execute projects and implement policies to launch Botswana’s National Single Window.

The NSW PMU will consist of staff members from a range of government stakeholders including the Botswana Unified Revenue Service, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Botswana Bureau of Standards, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Transport and Communications. Upon completion of follow-up training in late October 2015, the project management unit will be formed.
