An unprecedented collaboration between USAID and U.S-based financial services company INTL FCStone is catalyzing structured trade in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Southern African Structured Trade Seminar held in Livingstone, Zambia, in June 2018 under the auspices of INTL FCStone and USAID's Southern Africa Trade and Investment Hub, brought together more than 200 senior-level representatives from regional and international financial institutions, government, national regulatory bodies, agribusiness, traders and corporate entities to outline strategies and forge networks that will bolster regional commodities markets.
